Review request: Trunk versioning & Assembly Info

I've corrected the version information commited to trunk in revision #28 and 
#29 to reflect the trunk version 1.3.0 instead of the upcoming release version 
1.4.0. In the course of these changes I wen't through all Aessembly infos 
contained below EmberLib.Net and changed the version information of other 
assemblies as well. 

Since there were inconsistencies in the spelling of the company and copyright 
information, I also changed these two fields to the spelling that appeared to 
me to be the most recent and correct.

Please review the individiual changes to the version information, especially in 
those cases where the version information was untouched in revision #28 and 
#29. Please also review each individual change to the company and copyright 
information, because I can't tell whether the information entered is correct in 
each and every case.

After a successfull review, I'll merge the changes into trunk in preparation of 
the upcoming 1.4.0 release.
