Replace xpecgen with spekpy #13

Spekpy is just a lot faster and has some cool features plus maybe some active maintainers. However, should probably check their license to see what I would be getting into with that. But I guess I could just use them as a dependency and not embed their code in here at all.

There is spekpy functionality in a wrapped function. Not the best solution but it works
