Clicking on the Chrometophone in the tool bar, need to sign in, when signing in it redirects to a page doing nothing (ATTACHED)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To connect my Android phone with Chrome

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
tried ti connect using Both WiFi & 3G

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes

Still unsolved, and worse, everything worked normally today, but I had to 
restart machine. Since then, it's beeen misbehaving. First it would go with 
same failed redirect, then it would just open their instructions page doing 
nothing.
I am signed in everywhere, tried signing out, back in, exiting browser, tried 
allowing it to work in incognito mode, and  signing in there, every stupid 
thing I could think off and nothing
