Add "How to add an Endpoint" to the "CONTRIBUTION.MD" file #93

Addresses the Issue #https://github.com/jermbo/SampleAPIs/issues/90

I didn't know where else to add it so it's at the bottom.

I wonder if I should also add it to the README.MD ????

added to the readme a "how to use this service" just in case they didn't go directly to the website.
