Hard Fork and Update #19

For anyone else finding this package, I've created a hard fork you can find here

Features:

upload to cloudinary
saves an object rather than only the secure url
includes a template helper for retrieving images with options
progress bar & class applied to field wrap while uploading
cleaned up meteor settings with JSON style namespacing
uses the latest dependencies

Hey @Pushplaybang I saw you did a great job on the hard-fork you did. I'm looking at this package that I forgot ages ago and I wanted to update it with the latest Meteor updates, I saw that you haven't updated the package in a while, do you have any plans of updating it?

Hi @cosio55 thank you, and I haven't, unfortunately.

With the meteor core development slowing down, and really not keeping pace with the ecosystem, I've too moved on, and can't see myself coming back to Meteor in all honesty.
