Already asleep lighthouses show as on if another is on #237

In 1.3, lighthouses which are already in sleep mode with the blue LED show as being on in the app if another station is found that is on with the green LED. Updating ones status via the power menu updates all of them to be accurate. Behavior is correct on 1.2
