Release 2021 data!! - Githubissues

Let's make a release with the 2021 data, announce it on Twitter and Reddit and whatnot. Perhaps also do an official tag/release on GitHub?

[x] Create a <title> element
[x] Close Google Forms survey
[x] Add results-raw.csv to local clone
[x] Run node ./2021/csv-to-json.js locally
[x] Verify locally that the data is in order, and no response has any problems (PII or offensive stuff or whatever)
[x] Commit it to a local branch
[x] Add A11Y / accessible descriptions
[x] Commit locally
[x] Push, PR, merge
[ ] Announce on Reddit
[ ] Announce on Twitter
