Nightmare and puppeteer not working on windows #4

Nightmare and puppeteer (headless browsers) both don't work OOB (out of the box) on the ubuntu shell on windows 10, and possibly linux. But I can't verify that.

I'm looking for a way to fix it.

Tested wind-notifier on windows server which uses this package for windguru and it works.
