Implement Twitch chat commands

Chat Message should be a Trigger source, where we can check if message starts with !, do something ( Action ).

• Implement Twitch chat commands as Trigger source
• Create required application API calls
  • Create / Edit / Delete - Trigger / Action items
• Create required UI components for Trigger / Action screen
  • Chat Message should also be an Action

In the future we should be able to hook in other Action targets like:

• OBS
• Elgato Key Light
• Text To Speech
• …
