Tags ID3 v2? #5

Hello,

Just wanted to know how to parse tags (v2 version if possible)? For now, I get this kind of tags:

Artist: Alan Parsons ÿ (Artist + weird char(s)) Title: Can't Look Down Alan Parsons ÿ (Title + Artist + same weird char(s))

Or this:

Artist: Alan Parsons ÿss_BassJ5 Title: No Future In The Past Alan Parsons ÿss_BassJ5
