Introduce Digital variants of products #45

Currently the iThemes Exchange products are 'Physical Products' in order to have features such as table rate shipping.

We also wish to have 'Digital Download' products that are the same magazine sold cheaper, with a digital download as the product and no shipping. This should be selectable on the product page as different variants, using the 'Product Variants' add-on.

iThemes Exchange does not support this out-of-the-box. The best way to deal with this, in my view, is to create a custom add-on that integrates with iThemes Exchange to permit adding downloads to products and adds a variant to select whether it is a Digital or Physical variant.
