Add featured post to side bar #7

Currently the side bar on any given page shows the join, submit, and donate images. There is now a desire to show a featured post in this position. Initially this will be set to either Imagining 2043, or The Spectacle.

This seems to be easily done using the existing theme customiser. Skin Deep are unsure what content they would prefer shown here. Note: Posts and Pages can be shown here easily, but Categories are not currently supported. So the Imagining 2043 category page shown in the title menu could not be featured here.

Turns out all that was needed was a new sticker. This has been done through the same manner previously.
