Issue 104: Implement "Cache maintenance" - is fixed and working properly.
many thanks for this function!

This the enchancement idea - automatic cache maintenance 

If the tile taken from cache is "old" it could be automaticaly reloaded
from server. May involve the same "tile is old after ... days" parameter to
distinguish "old" tiles.
Activated as switched option 5 in "cache maintenance" submenu.

please change type to ENCHANCEMENT. 
How to submit new issue with type "enchancement" ?? It always goes with type
"defect"... Is google-code defected ? ;-))
