[PATCH] - Add GLONASS support #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?

It is a patch, there was no problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows-7 on a Desktop-PC and Windows-Mobile-6.1 on a Pocket-PC.

Please provide any additional information below.

I added the following new features:

- Show FixType (SPS/DGPS) and number of SV's in "ConnectionStatus" bar
- GLONASS NMEA sentence support ($GLGSV)
- Show GLONASS SV's in the "Satellites" monitor bar
- Support of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008

I'm thinking about releasing a new version and I had a quick look at the patch. 
But I can't integrate it as it would break the WM2003 version which doesn't 
have support for msxml2.
