Adjustable Radius to show POI (or way point) in the list (enhancement) #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 All are normal, just for enhancement

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 The radius to show way point in the list should be adjustable (very useful in an area with many WPs, 10km seems too much for filtering the list)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.4.22 on WM smartphone

Please provide any additional information below.

The developers should notice this
I also face the same difficult in filtering way-point since many were recorded
Thank for your request and hope the team can make it better
BTW, I want to add a issue: map cannot rotate by route, even this function was 
activated (I will list it in Issue later on)
