Navigate azimuth #2

Geocachers want to tell the program to go 100 meters west.
Maybe we should just move cursor and they will be able to select "navigate
here" then.

Ok, navigating screen should have big direction arrow, distance, azimuth, maybe
something else.

Similar functionality may be reached by enabling "rotate map by course". But 
this do
not work for raster maps (as I know). Great improvement would be to enable 
"rotate
map by course" for raster maps also.

In off-road circumstances, setting up azimuth navigation by entering nummeric
distance and bearing would be a big plus...
