Color and with support for tracks missing #64

When loading tracks gpsvp seems to ignore the color and width parameters of
the track file (plt):

Line 5 : multiple fields as below

Field 1 : always zero (0)
Field 2 : width of track plot line on screen - 1 or 2 are usually the best
Field 3 : track color (RGB)

When using tracks with satellite raster maps one could prefer a light
yellow track, because everything is dark and the current position ball in
the middle is also hard to see.

I think that it's better to change track color in color scheme file.

Thanks for this hint. I like this great tool! 
I didn't found any documentation of this "color scheme file" in the wiki or 
elsewhere. 
Where can I find a sample color scheme file for changing the track color in 
gpsvp?
