Enable Rotate map by course doesn't work File based maps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the maps downloaded using the Googleak into the cache table.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I understand Rotate map by course may not work with web based maps. But 
for the file based maps it should work. However I tried it but it doesn't 
work. Is this feature not available in Raster Map Types?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Window Mobile 6.0 Standard. gpsVP 0.4.16

Please provide any additional information below.
Also the blue dot should indicate the direction of the travel is maps 
cannot be rotated.

"Rotate map by course" only works with vector maps.

Raster maps (web based or file based works exactly in the same way) are more
complicated to rotate: the tiles needs to be completely recalculated. So it 
probably
won't be added at short term. What is missing but could be added quickly (if 
someone
find the time...) is a good user documentation that would explain all 
features...

If your maps are not rotating, disable raster maps, using "Maps... Raster 
Maps... Raster Map Type..." and mark "None" option. This will enable rotate
