- some non playable char wandering around
- if a playable char in a given far range, go to him
- if a playable char in a given near range, talk to him
- simulate a quest
- you go see a non-playable-char john who give you a hint "go to bill and talk to him about his mother"
- you go see bill and he give you another hint
- and so on, so you got a quest :)
