tquery.loaders plugin for three.js example loaders

• bundle all the loaders deom three.js examples/js/loaders

• where to put the files ? in the plugin dir ? or in the /vendor of tquery ?
• same issue with pproc, loaders, or modifiers controls
• pproc leaves it in /vendor/three.js

• why changes it ?
  • to keep the principle 'all what is needed in the plugin is in its directory'
  • good principle but not true now
  • to copy those three.js file inside their directory would make three.js update harder
  • and nobody uses this principles atm

decision go ahead and leave files in /vendor/three.js. dont let this be a blocker
