Relative links don't seem to work #77

Example link in YADR readme:

 [Adding your own vim plugins](doc/vim/manage_plugins.md)

This is supported by github - https://github.com/blog/1395-relative-links-in-markup-files

The resulting generated docs have a broken link, linking to

http://skwp.github.io/dotfiles/doc/vim/manage_plugins.md

Which is not correct. The correct link autogenerated by github and visible here: https://github.com/skwp/dotfiles/blob/master/README.md is:

https://github.com/skwp/dotfiles/blob/master/doc/vim/manage_plugins.md

I've now fixed this.
