Minor issue: hyperref inline links to supplementary figs links to wrong section

E.g. the link to supplementary figure S1 in the caption to Fig 2 (cophylogeny) links to main figure 1 (the sc2ts schematic), not the supplementary.

This is presumably a hyperref bug, so maybe there isn't anything we can do. Perhaps there's a hack around it online though.
