Interesting to look at easy signals of selection along the genome?

It would be nice to be able to pick an internal sample node and get genome-wide (or per-gene) dN/dS for itself and its descendants. This would allow us to compare dN/dS between clades easily (or between a clade and the rest of the samples in an ARG).
