adding feature: change color on hovertools #14

Hello, Jerome

I started using your extension to study, sometimes I highlight text in only one color then go through it again and change the color. But clicking on the menu was slow, then I coded a better way to do this!

I saw the issue a user posted about keyboard shortcuts for the colors, this is not it, I used the popup for the feature, but I hope it solves that as well.

Hey, thank you for this PR! I'm gonna take a closer look at this in the coming weeks but at first glance it looks good! I plan on making a few other improvements and packaging them into one update early in the new year so this should definitely make it in
