When clicking on an empty "Album" or "Saved Searches" list, a dialogue should guide the user to the corresponding sidepane.

if the user clicks on a still empty album list, a dialogue should prompt: "You have not yet defined any albums. Do you want to define an album now?" [YES/NO]
similar, if the user clicks on a still empty view list, a dialogue should prompt: "You have not yet defined any saved searches for this album. Do you want to create a saved search now? [YES/NO]

To be verified whether it doesn't make more sense having the welcome or instruction page mentioning such links
