Spacing, Margins, Identation adapations... #114

Since the migration from HTML tables to div containers, the spacing, margins and indentations are sometimes "inconsistent". This should be fixed for the beta release.

This ticket will be closed as no one currently testing or using Sammelbox has complained about this. Small adaptations will be done "on the fly" if deemed necessary.
