Autocompleter tag should be called autocomplete to coincide with YUI component name #11

I recommend that all tag names coincide precisely with YUI component names.
In particular, autocompleter should just be autocomplete. This is not that
big of a deal, of course, but .. for the sake of consistency and
cleanliness, it may be good. In this way, there will be a clear and direct
tie to the YUI documentation and API.
