Github News Feed Filter

[x] This will add another group of filters containing all repositories.
[x] Support filtering on all selected filter types.
[x] Make work on user?tab=activity again.
[x] Apply filters on counts.
[x] Recount on "more" button click.
[x] Check for new repos on "more" button click.
[x] Make repos linkable.
[x] Group on repo name.
[x] ~~Restore/Delete support for pushState.~~
[x] Update readme and screenshot.

~~Still not sure if a sorting should be applied. Also wondering if alerts from the user action should be excluded in getting all repo's.~~
