[Request] Android APK #116

Hello, I request an android .apk to be built.

Although an official Google Voice apk exists it works with Google Services or microG. Having a web wrapper is a lot nicer than having a browser tab open. So this would help any user who does not have Google Services on their phone conveniently access Google Voice.

The big problem with the official Google Voice apk is it often misses inbound messages :/
