These CSS additions make the dialpad and the in-call panel (at least for placed calls - could not test received calls) fit a bit better with the overall darkplus theme. They are no longer blinding white.
This is related to #118, but this PR only fixes the darkplus theme. Other themes can probably be fixed with similar changes.
