Remove option to upload debug log #71

This used to upload the log file to a location that we don't control and that is no longer online. It might be a good idea to provide users with an alternate way to provide debug information at some point, but at least for now we should probably remove this button that doesn't work anymore.

Also a good catch! I'd entirely forgotten this option was there, definitely need to add another method of debug provision in the future, but is pointless for it to be there right now.
