Adding a license? #76

Hi there, this codebase is currently unlicensed, meaning by default it falls under this set of restrictions meaning (quote from that link):

you have no permission from the creators of the software to use, modify, or share the software. Although a code host such as GitHub may allow you to view and fork the code, this does not imply that you are permitted to use, modify, or share the software for any purpose.

Is this intentional? Asking because the README implies that it's available to use with citation, but the current lack of license doesn't allow that. If it's not intentional, could you please add a license? Given that it extends code from huggingface, their license choice may be appropriate here too? Thank you!

Noting additionally that the Apache license is currently specified in setup.py, so I assume that's the license this codebase is following, but just wanted to make sure
