Hi,

Sometime happen that the torrent is removed from tracker, see the screen from qBittorrent:

Do you think it is possible to implement a way to also remove these orphan torrents?

Yes, it's already on my todo list. The torrents can be removed according to the tracker mesages in the future.

Same as #71.
