Remove curve.app entry #506

This fixes https://github.com/jerryn70/GoodbyeAds/issues/449

@jerryn70 a Curve Customer above had kindly put in this pull request to remove the curve.app hostname from the blocked list. curve.app is used as the domain name for the requests from our app (please see www.curve.com for details) to receive data and powers the functionality of the app. It looks like this had also been requested on a previous MR (https://github.com/jerryn70/GoodbyeAds/issues/449).

Anything you could do to help expediate this request would be appreciated by us at Curve and our customers that use your tooling.
