Bold+Black displays as Black instead of Dark Grey in MacVim #88

I have a Bold+Black timestamp in my $PS1. In MacVim it displays as black (on a 
black background, invisible). 

It should display as dark grey to match most ANSI color implementations.

This can be fixed by changing line 228 in conque_term/conque_globals.py from:

    30: {'description': 'Set foreground color to Black', 'attributes': {'ctermfg': '16', 'guifg': '#000000'}, 'normal': False},

To:

    30: {'description': 'Set foreground color to Black', 'attributes': {'ctermfg': '16', 'guifg': '#7F7F7F'}, 'normal': False},

These color values would also make for some great setting options - custom ANSI 
colors would be a terrific feature for ConqueTerm!
