Problem with Bluetooth/Android Notifier #418

IMPORTANT: PLEASE search the existing issues (including closed ones) for
something similar before filing a new one.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT file more duplicates of issue 3 (bluetooth
notifications not working).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Send Test Notification

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

PC Displays Error> "An error ocurred while receiving bluetooth notification."
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.5.1 on Windows 7
