Allow changing location of .Android folder #486

Using Dropbox (or I assume any other file-syncing service) or just being
annoyed by surplus folders in User area present a problem.

Notifier for desktop continually access a file named
android-notifier-desktop.log in order to log activities.

This means that Dropbox can't sync it, and shows the syncing icon indefinitely.

It also occasionally means that Dropbox won't move on, and sync something else.

All I am requesting is that you allow in option in Preferences to change the
location of the .Android folder with the .lock and .log files in.

I'll be eternally grateful.
