Outbound rules not working for https. #119

All of my rules and outbound rules work fine with http but none works for https.
Some of my rules are:-
 <outbound-rule>
      <from>^(.*)/control/(.*);(.*)$</from>
      <to last="true">$1/$2;$3</to>
 </outbound-rule>
 <outbound-rule>
      <from>^(.*)/control/category/~category_id=(.*);(.*)$</from>
      <to>$1/category/$2;$3</to>
 </outbound-rule> 
Please tell where am i wrong.

This is in reference to the above mentioned issue. I need to add that following 
is occurring:-
1. If i am using https then all the urls on my page which are https are 
rewritten fine except the ones which have http.
2. If i  am using http then all the http urls are rewritten except the ones 
which are https.

I think there is some problem when i switch from one protocol to another. I am 
new to UrlRewrite Filter. Please guide me with the some solution.
