I can't find read_csv(file="../data/eager_base_limited.csv") read_csv(file="../results/tvar_param.csv")

Can you upload them or there is a restriction?

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Apologies but I cannot upload eager_base_limited.csv in its current state because it contains individual data from the Effects of Aspirin in Gestation and Reproduction (EAGeR) trial. One can apply to access data from EAGeR from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (https://dash.nichd.nih.gov/).

However, I can upload tvar_param.csv and tfix_param.csv, because these files just contain model parameters. I will do so shortly.
