II. Steps to reproduce the Issue: Always

Using google Chrome, it says when loading the webmail session expired and the

So the issue is the login page with the error session expired or invalid.

Funny. This a further error which obviously only happens to you. I'm not able
to duplicate the issue @ https://s2.myroundcube.com. Are you? I can't fix
issues which I'm not able to duplicate. So, please don't open tickets only if
you either are able to duplicate the issue on our test servers of if you have
any better description than "it does not work" such as errors log entries or
javascript console errors.

I just notice that you are using Roundcube 1.1.0 !!!

Our plugins have not been shifted yet to Roundcube 1.1.

Read my initial response. We can only fix issues which can be duplicated. If
you are not able to duplicate an issue on our test servers then your only
option is to hire our team for personal support. We refund our customers in
case of a bug in our code.

Sorry.

Do you use on https://s2.myroundcube.com the sql function of persistent login?

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
No, but I have turned it on now. It does not make a difference for me.

Hello,

I have it on your server also https://s2.myroundcube.com/

Please see the attachment, you can see the session is not valid nor there is no
persistent login checkbox.

1, I login with Google Chrome stable version with the persistent login box
selected. Config is default set to 3 days using mysql option?

2, I close the roundcube tab, sometimes the chrome browser.

3, after a while like 1 hour I open the roundcube webmail and gives that
warning I sent in the screenshot. Then I only have to refresh the page and I am
logged in.

It looks like the standard roundcube login without persistent login enabled,
maybe it does not detect the cookie.

I'm closing this because I'm not able to duplicate the issue.

Even when I destroy the session manually (truncate table session) I'm re-logged
in automatically.
