[mysqladmin] - Error 500 for download requests

I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Run Plugin Update Manager
2. Download mysqladmin Plugin
3. File is interrupted with an error 
"https://beta.myroundcube.com/?_action=plugin.plugin_server_request&_hl=en_US 
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal 
Server Error)"
4. mysqladmin is not enabled.

5. I am just helping testing with new 1.1 plugins so I haven't even enabled ANY 
plugins at this point. I downloaded groups of plugins at a time to update them 
as when I first attempted to update ALL plugins the download was interrupted 
with the error noted in Step #3. So I narrowed it down to mysqladmin plugin. A 
Final note to add, I only have Roundcube and MyRoundcube plugins uploaded, no 
other 3rd party plugins at this moment.

Fixed. Memory exhaution issue. We have included PHPMyAdmin in filesystem 
instead of the download link. Should be fixed now. Thanks!
