The issue only occurs when you first check all messages and un-check some of
them.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Click the "check all". All the messages in the folder will be checked.
2. Uncheck some of the message.
3. Click and drag selected messages to the folder of choice.
4. All messages including the prefiously checked, now "un-checked" messages,
will be moved.

This behaviour is really odd. I'm not sure if I'm able to fix it without some
Roundcube Core modifications ...

It is odd indeed. Normal multiple de-/selections with the keyboard works fine.
CTRL and/or SHIFT + click.

Found this behavior in chrome didn't try anything else yet.

Initial test looking good. Well done and thanks.
It is a feature they could make default in roundcube.

Had to respond to the ticket to say thanks.
Feel free to delete if inappropriate.

"Thank you" is never inappropriate. Browse to http://trac.roundcube.net for a
feature request. I don't believe you'll be heard. Alec does not like these
checkboxes.
