Description

Things that are missing in NIR:

import and export for RLeaky
export/re-import the braille RNN (from the NIR demo repo) fails

What I Did

What I did is that I asked to merge before implementing and testing NIR support fully. So now I have to add it and this is an issue to keep track of it. 🤗
