<> From Data.Monoid not Found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.haskell.org/hoogle/?hoogle=%3C%3E the search page for (<>)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the top result to be (<>) :: Monoid m => m -> m -> m, but instead it 
only has a couple of pretty printing libraries.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
(Saying "latest" is fine, especially for Hoogle web search)
latest Hoogle
