Feature request: abandon game_properties.sh #12

Hi, to have always the latest list of games from linuxGSM it would be interesting to use ( linuxgsm.sh install ) which has a ui that is really the same as the select game from the turnkey package and could be called directly and mostly behaves the same also it would help to add support for instances.

But still having support for pre_install.sh and post_install.sh
