Drawings always posted to open thread #5

Repro steps: 1) Open a thread in the RHS to reply to 2) Click the attachment button in the centre channel 3) Draw something and click Upload

Observed: The image is posted as part of the thread Expected: The image is posted on its own, not as part of the thread
