Support alternative rating systems #24

Consider TrueSkill as another rating system, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueSkill.

Unlike the popular Elo rating system, which was initially designed for chess, TrueSkill is designed to support games with more than two players.

It is a Bayesian system, so it punishes uncertainty. That means someone who won 50 games and lost 49 is not on the same rating as someone who won 1 game and lost 0.
