Install for local user #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install git on a system that doesn't have admin access
2. Find you can't

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The ability to select just the current running user

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS X snow leopard

This is a valid point, but would require to great an overhaul to the installer.

Can you build git so that it can be run in any directory?
