Added explanation about candles' timestamp.

Thank you for submitting this. The text you wrote is helpful but it should have been in the current_candle's section since it already has the examples and so on. Which made me realize the that the sections about candles were not close to each other hence the confusion. So I change that as well.

So this was very helpful but I didn't merge it directly. Thanks again
