Massive refactoring of cookbook #36

This PR adds working lwrp for creating index and index sources. Also I refactored recipes for the searchd daemon configuration was the same on all platforms. Default place to store compiled daemon is /opt/sphinx now. This was done because /opt is default place for not standard soft in accordance FHS. This PR breaks backward compatibility because I bumped version to 2.0.0.

@jesseadams I think this is a good idea. We use sphinx in our production infrastructure and configure it by this cookbook.
